I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, tailoring each session to relieve tension, manage pain, and promote overall well-being. Treatments include 60- and 90-minute customized sessions and a focused 45-minute Theragun & Stretch for targeted relief and mobility.
